F : I think it's positive mind.

F : I mean even passenger say bad word or be rude, you have to be nice to them. That is the business of flight attendant.

F : It is. But there are more good things.
W : What kind of good things?
F : When I heared 'It was such a nice flying.' or 'Your survice made me so comfortable.' I feel how lucky to be a flight attedant.

I am always worry about losing my hair because of it
